BWK carefully reviews every sponsorship proposal individually. To protect the integrity of the programme, all sponsorships and advertising must be lawful, accurate, respectful, and consistent with the values, audience, and reputation of Brokshi With Kencho.
Sponsorship proposals should not contain, promote, or be associated with any of the following:
Unlawful products, services or activities
False, misleading or deceptive claims
Tobacco, vaping or recreational drug promotion
Gambling or betting promotion
Sexually explicit products, services or content
Hate speech, discrimination or extremist material
Political campaigning or divisive propaganda
Content that exploits children or vulnerable people
Unverified health, financial or legal claims
Content likely to harm community harmony, Bhutanese cultural values or BWK’s reputation
Submission of a sponsorship interest does not guarantee acceptance. BWK may approve, request changes to, place conditions on, or decline any sponsorship or advertising proposal.
Payment, invoicing and final advertising arrangements may initially be handled separately outside the website.
